Workflows
A workflow runs the same questions and actions for every symbol on a watchlist, on the days and time you choose (New York time). Each symbol is asked by symbol (its latest completed session), each run is metered like any request, and actions are delivered as usual. Create them under Workflows, or start from Examples → Workflows.
| Schedule | Weekdays and a time. 16:45 runs on today's session once it has closed; 08:30 runs before the open on yesterday's. Up to 100 symbols and 20 workflows per organization. |

| Digest | Optional: one Slack, email or webhook message per run listing the symbols where an action fired (fired), or every symbol with its answers (always). Use it instead of per-symbol emails. |
| Test run | Runs now as a dry run: answers and what each action would send, nothing delivered. Run now delivers. |
| Safety | A symbol whose data is older than the market's latest session is skipped, and a scheduled run with no new session since the last one (a holiday, or data not loaded yet) is skipped entirely, so alerts never repeat on old data. |
| Runs as | The member who last saved it. If they leave the organization, runs stop until an admin re-saves it. |
