Ora Rules v1: an open standard

The rule language Ora evaluates is published as an open, versioned specification under CC BY 4.0, so anyone can implement it, in a backtester, a charting tool or another model, and rules stay portable.

  • Read the spec: grammar, precedence, evaluation, belief semantics, facts, every function, errors, conformance levels and versioning.
  • Machine-readable JSON: the same content, generated from the reference engine's catalog.
  • Share any rule from the Playground as a public link with its live answer (Share next to Code), and embed it on a blog or forum.

The docs pages in Rule language teach the same language with real answers on real symbols.
